RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY -

 

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders, Grillz or services provide by Jem&Co. This means we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on items that have been specifically design, bespoke made or personalised for you in any way. Furthermore this also stands with any services we provide for example polishing, clean up, setting. 

 

We guarantee that our products (i.e grillz ) will fit on the mould provided to us but we cannot guarantee the fitting within the mouth as the mould may not be 100% accurate.

 

Please note once we receive the mould or order for jewellery we will proceed with order and cannot offer any refunds once we have began making the item. In some situations we may also ask for 50% deposit on large, bespoke or custom orders.

 

We are unable to offer refunds in case of loss or damage of the item.

 

TERM AND CONDITIONS -

 

We have taken extra care presenting all our jewellery, grillz and services on our website and aim to display as accurate as possible. However before placing order or purchasing you should read our returns and refund policy.

 

 

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER -

 

However rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes used within jewellery making. One of the most common been Nickel allergy. Here at Jem&co we use nickel free metals if any of our products do contain nickel it is below the % that is allowed with the jewellery industry standard.

Its is the responsibility of the consumer and customer to notify us of any allergies they may have in correspondence to the metals we use and supply (silver, gold, platinum etc.) or any plating or oxidation applied to the metals we use. This is due to us not knowing the medical history  or allergies of our customers, JEM& CO will not be held liable in any way for allergic  reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery or products.

All parcels are sent with royal mail and tracking will be provided.
